What is the NFT certificate?
It is an equivalent that can also exist in parallel to the physical, “paper form” certificate of authenticity for the physical work. It occurs as an inseparable pair with a physical work of art. There is no possibility to sell the NFT certificate separately – with no physical work.

It is a digital representation, an equivalent of the physical work in the form of an NFT. This may occur in tandem with a physical work of art, but it can also be sold separately. The creation of an NFT work is possible ONLY and exclusively with the consent of the holder or creator of the physical work. It can come in a specific edition or individually.

Ownership
In the case of the NFT certificate, having an NFT means the possession of a physical work of art and confirmation of its authenticity. In turn, for the digital representation of a physical work in the form of NFT (NFT work), possession of the NFT means having rights to a digital representation of the work, the certificate can be freely managed, for example, sold or gifted to another person.

Transactions
When you sell an NFT work, you sell the rights to the digital representation of the work. However, NFT certificates issued by Verum.ART are not transferable.

In the case of a certificate of authenticity in the NFT form, this authenticity relates to the physical work of art it represents.
