In the previous edition of GOCC, in 2023, digital NFT hearts with the GOCC Foundation logo, prepared by SMARTVerum, were put up for auction. They were very popular, so they were also available this year! However, the activists decided to go further. The joint work of the GOCC Foundation, SmartVerum, and well-known artists resulted in the creation of a unique collection of works of art in the form of NFT tokens. The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation has always consciously and boldly drawn on technological innovations and is not afraid to set trends. We are convinced that our campaign will be met with enthusiasm by collectors and art lovers. We are also very grateful to all the artists who helped us create this collection, said Tomasz Jaworski, president of SMARTVerum, at the beginning of this year.

Inspired by the idea of creating such an exceptional collection, the artists created their first NFTs in their careers. Sabina Maria Grzyb donated „Bird Stories” (2023) to the auction, Rafał Olbiński „Children's Room” (1999), Marcin Mikołajczak „Nostalgia” (2023), and Szymon Chwalisz the painting „Tour for Dignity” (2021). All the artists emphasized the importance of helping and empathy, were happy to support those in need with their works, and at the same time create something unique, something for the times we live in. „Artists love freedom and undoubtedly every new endeavor should inspire. At least that was the case for me. I believe it is worth going with the times and opening up to new possibilities,” said enthusiastically Sabina Maria Grzyb, the creator of her first NFT „Bird Stories.”

The winners of the „NFT Art for the 32nd Grand Finale of WOŚP” auction received not only a certificate of purchase of the work – as proof of support for the 32nd Grand Finale of WOŚP through NFTs, but also a surprise gift presenting the acquired, unique NFT in physical form and a VIP invitation to an exceptional meeting with the participation of outstanding personalities from the fields of art, technology, and business. These worlds, like traditional and digital art, really have a lot in common!
